Do you ship internationally?
By default we ship to UK, Europe, USA and Canada. We’ll try to find individual solutions for art buyers beyond that scope. Please contact us per email before setting up an order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the UK at a minimum order amount of £50 and above is free. Otherwise the delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
What methods of payment can I use?
All payments in our online shop are made through the usual credit and debit cards and PayPal. Google Pay or Apple Pay is possible if applicable.
Can I return an item?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, we offer return and refund possibilities up to 14 days after receipt. Please find more details under Terms of Service in the Returns and Refunds section.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in contact as soon as possible. If the order has not been posted we will be able to cancel it and refund you. If the order has already been posted, then you will need to follow the returns procedure as described under Terms of Service in the Returns and Refunds section.
